Fifteen years in sales and marketing in my own California company prepared me for the indredible business of real estate.  I became licensed in 1981, and became a Broker in 1985.  I have been active in the business since '81 and have had thousands of transactions, of all types and  dollar amounts.  I have worked in small boutique offices and national companies such as Grubb and Ellis.  I have also owned and operated my own Fred Sands Franchise, selling high end coastal properties. 

Since moving to Port Townsend I am happy to have joined my John L Scott family.  It is the top listing and selling office in Port Townsend, and the utmost in service and ethics.  

 I moved to the Northwest from Southern California 10 years ago and do appreciate this quaint, old fashioned, small town. It is a beutiful Victorian Seaport with most of its historical sites still standing.  I love the beaches, the trees and the casual feel of the town.  

It has been a pleasure helping people move here from other areas, or sell a home here and move up or down.  What a great way to meet people and make new friends.
