A sunny day video in Port Townsend

A beautiful sunny day in Port Townsend, Washington.

Enjoy this short high definition movie taken from the Bartlett House
high above Port Townsend Bay on Polk Street.

The downtown is to the left, the ferry terminal to Whidbey Island is in
the center and the clip concludes with the Olympic Mountains and a
dazzling sunset over Mount Angeles 60 miles to the west.

New Construction in Port Townsend Area

Port  Ludlow is a planned community on the Quimper Peninsula near Port Townsend, Wa, with lovely marina, golf, club house and tennis. Port Ludlow Associates is a construction company that has done a lot of the new home projects over the years.

Their current projects in the works are:

Port Ludlow Marina Expansion- this will add 64 slips to the marina,  from 36-60 feet,  with a general upgrading of some existing facilities.

Ludlow Cove II - A waterfront development of single family homes with smaller floor plans for those who prefer to downsize, or use as a vacation home.  Land work will begin in about 6 months.

Olympic Terrace- Half acre lots with three models to choose from and 35 homesites available.  These lots feature mountain views and private treed settings, with one third of the development slated for open space.

There is also a plan for a new commercial center.  Included in the plans are a restaurant on the waterfront, retail space, a dock masters office, Port Ludlow Yacht Club space with meeting room, showers and bathrooms for boaters.  This new area will be connected to the resort by a boardwalk.

Port Ludlow will be built out with 2250 homes.  They are terraced with views of surrounding water, mountains and forrest.  What a great time to invest in this exceptional community.
