Now is really all there is, and the future is just another present moment to live when it arrives.
My mother used to say" today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday" Never understood what that meant as a child, but now I have her little wall plaque in my office where I will see it everyday. So true.
Have a great Saturday.

Isn't it funny how lots of things your mom used to say that didn't make sense seems SO intelligent in retrospect? Hope my kids think that someday, too!

Wishing you a womderful wonderful weekend!
Love your Mom's saying. Passing it on to my kids. Thanks for sharing!
Sandra, if only we could understand and focus upon the "eternal now;" life would take on a different meaning.
I am so glad you liked it. Good way to start the day.
Sandra,
And today won't seem nearly as worrisome tomorrow because it will be yesterday. :)
Steve
