Northwest Area Update

According to my company stats this is the foreclosure rate in the Pacific Northwest :

Number of Homes in foreclosure:

OR  1/984                                                     1/446

ID   1/774                                                     1/358

US 1/557                                                       1/440

We are a bit behind the rest of the country, so maybe our worst numbers are yet to come.

Sandra - while you might be behind the rest of the country it still looks like Washingtgon is in pretty good shape comparatively.

Some incredible beach properties...Coming from CA 10 years ago, I still think our property here is quite a bargain.  Come take a look!

We do seem to be in better shape.  We have not had the speculative buyers as often as most areas.  Most of my sales are to people who have sold their proerty in other states and are buying their retirement property.

Margaret,

My company John L Scott has a place we can go to see the stats.  We use Trendgraphics, and can pinpoint an area and see things like inventory avail for area or county, cost per sq. ft,, sales rates, etc.  Pretty handy info.   Let me know if you would like more info on OR as we do have John L Scott offices there.
