Leslie, thanks for reading my post. It is easy to write about this area, as it is very unusual. Anyone who visits that is ready for small town life just loves it.
That "No state income tax" is very attractive. I hope I live on the West Coast for the rest of my life, but when I retire I would like to move to either Washington or Nevada and forget about state income taxes.
